I am re-posting this rant considering it is one of my favorites.   It originally aired on 4/three/08.

Print this handy, dandy toilet paper conversion tabular array and take information technology with you shopping adjacent fourth dimension.

You might as well want to have your computer.

You might likewise want to have a baseball game bat to striking your head repeatedly.

Or you could only utilise your shoe.

Can I just say…..WHY CHARMIN?

Why is it necessary to produce eight products that are actually just 1 production in variable sizes?

It is similar they invented their own earth over there at The Charmin and things just got out of control.

First they invented the regular gyre. I may have non done proper enquiry for this ground breaking piece of crap investigational blogging, merely I don't find an accepted world broad standard for toilet paper whorl size (metric or otherwise).

So, they simply named it.

And so they thought…gee, I think it would exist keen to have something a twice the size,

and then two and a one-half times the size

and then FOUR TIMES THE SIZE.

Stop the madness Charmin.

Next matter we know we will be carting dwelling big wheels of toilet paper the size of truck tires that are 64 times the size of the fictional regular gyre.

Then they went on to toll each curl differently.

Then they went on to package each roll differently.

And so they market their product to mommies that are suffering from sleep impecuniousness and can't practice advanced math in their heads standing in the newspaper product aisle at Target supervising three children who are independently making their own selections of plates, plastic spoons and cartoon character busy newspaper towels while screaming loudly and calling for a game of hide and go seek.

OH! And once y'all do cull your mega packet (non to be dislocated with the mega ringlet which is 4 times the size of a regular whorl)…it Volition NOT FIT IN THE CART. Just conduct it nether your arm while wrangling the three kids and pushing the cart (do I need to depict a picture?).
